No matter how beautiful today’s movie and songs are but nothing can bring that inner peace which listening to Asha Ji song over a cup of coffee before sleeping on window or Raafi Saab legendary song to clicking of the glass can drag your soul into it.

We time travelled back to the 90s and created a playlist with 10 romantic songs from that decade,which has a little bit of everything for everyone.

CHURA LIYA HAI TUMNE JO DIL KO

No other song can have a better intro than this.The voice of Asha Ji and Rafi Saab will make you fall into love,even if you have been before.The words of Majrooh Sultanpuri Ji and music by R.D.Burman will unwilling urge you to say these words to your beloved one.

TU HI RE

The track Tu hi re from Bombay movie has become one of the most popular and acclaimed songs of the nineties. Music by Oscar winner, A.R. Rahman and sung by Hariharan. The female vocals has been provided by K.S. Chithra for Tamil and Telugu and for Hindi Version was sung by Kavita Krishnamurthy.

PEHLA NASHA

Pehla Nasha from the movie Jo Jeeta Wohi Sikandar staring Aamir Khan sung by none other then Udit Narayan,Sadhana and Sargam. The song was a massive hit and Udit Narayan won Filmfare Best Male Playback Award for the song.

AE MERE HUMSAFAR

90s was totally Udit Narayan and Alka Yagnik decade! From the movie Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak staring Aamir Khan and Juhi Chawala. The song was recreated by Mithoon and sung by Mithoon and Tulsi Kumar for 2015 film All is Well.

KEHNA HI KYA

Song by Chitra and music by A.R. Rahman from the movie Bombay is still one of my favourites till date! Though the movie was released back in 1995,the song has mark its essence on our hearts.

ZARA ZARA

The song topped the Bollywood music charts and was received positive reviews from critics. Sung by Bombay Jayashree from the movie Rahnaa Hai Terre Dil Mein staring the beautiful Dia Mirza,Madhavan and Saif Ali Khan.

RUK JA O DIL DEEWANE

Again a blockbuster song by Udit Narayan from all time favourite movie Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge.

JAADU HAI NASHA HAI

You are not a true Shreya Ghoshal fan if you haven’t heard this song! Lyrics by Neelesh Misra and sung by Ghoshal. It is one of those milestone songs the young and talented Ghoshal sung and made her remark in as a sensation. She further won many awards for the song including Filmfare award For Best Female Playback Singer.

JAAGE JAAGE

The song had the perfect trio singers Sonu Nigam,Alka Yagnik and Udit Narayan from the film Mere Yaar Ki Shaadi Hai. If you haven’t heard the song,what have you been doing all this time?

AANKH HAi BHARI BHARI AAU TUM

Aankh hai bhari bhari aur tum muskurane ki baat karte ho is a most beautiful sad song from the Movie Tum Se Achcha Kaun Hai sung by Kumar Sanu & Music Composed by Nadeem-Shravan.
